About Us

DECS Group LLC (“DECS”) is registered in the State of Georgia and focuses on comprehensive individual, community, and population healthcare services.  Initially, the new solutions to be marketed by DECS are to be implemented in the USA; however, they are applicable worldwide, regardless of whether the Payer is health insurance, government, or the patient.

DECS operates as the overall management entity that oversees a number of subsidiary companies, as illustrated in the graphic below.  Each of these seven companies addresses a specific market niche, which is a part of a synergistic and collaborative overall solution, which the various subsidiaries or the Group would market.
